I live out of town and come to Floyd’s when I am in town. It really is all about the service and staff. Monica has done my hair. She is efficient, fastidious, and professional. The great service is what keeps me coming back.

Joel is the best! He gave me useful styling & care tips on top of one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. Exactly what I was looking for in a haircut. I was visiting Chicago for a wedding and now I'm trying to figure out how I can book another trip out here so I can get another cut!

Ultra convenient location for my new Streeterville address (transplant from Detroit). Chelsea S, having never cut my hair ever before, listened to what I was expecting and went right to work delivering the goods. The 1st time cut was more than on point! 10 stars for sure! I found my new spot first time in!
