I like the quality and consistency of the hair and body care products, exceptional choices. Maybe the pricing could be lower, I typically wait for the sales.

Ability to schedule my own appointment time and stylist on the app. I can see ALL the available days & times and choose what works best in my schedule, and I generally don’t have to schedule weeks and weeks ahead. Kevin K at Evanston’s location does a great job for my family.
