This last visit was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Floyds. The woman who cut my hair was very attentive, amazingly fast, and finished with an unusual and extremely relaxing facial and temple massage that I didn’t know was part of the service. I hope she stays around at the Evanston location for a while. I’d come in more frequently just for that massage.

I had a great first time experience here. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was seated immediately and Sandra offered helpful suggestions on what to do with my cut. I’m very happy with the end result and will definitely be back.

Great service and products!

Very considerate and friendly staff. Luci was amazing! Very kinda and nice. I told them about my sensitive head and they asked me to tell them if they ever pulled to hard or hurt me but they were super gentle. I never needed to speak up. They were able to ask me leading questions to get a hairstyle I love. I know I'm probably not the easiest to work with do to my sensitivities and indecision. But they were up for the challenge. Thank you Luci!
