Love the personnel and skill.
Not a fan of the stylist having just 20mins for a cut. That is not enough time to receive a well styled haircut. I don’t go to other chain-brand barbershops because they do get the cut done in or under 20mins and then I would need to go to your business to get it fixed. I refer to them as ‘chop-shops,’ because of the lack of care and personality from the staff.
I ask my stylist/barber to take their time and not rush, it is a relief to them. I want them to take their time and create something unique to my taste and not a #2 in or under 20mins.
I go to Floyd’s barbershop whenever I need a cut, and I hope to receive the best customer service and stylus every time I go in and that cannot happen under 20 minutes.
Really hope you consider this critique and move forward with it to give the stylus more time to be or become a great stylist.
