I went in for a complete Makeover with Sweet & Caring LACY - She Cut Off my Long 6 Year Hair & Removed my 5 Year Long Beard 🧔🏻 and also Died my hair! I came out looking in 20 or 30 years younger… (I’m 63…!!!🥰)!!!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. In this instance my original barber was sick. This caused some confusion, and I was given a message with someone else’s name, that said I would need to reschedule. I was called the next day and a very nice woman gave me a new time and was truly polite and helpful. Unfortunately when I got there someone had been given my appointment and I was told I would need to give up my beard trim or wait 20 min. I decided to wait and I couldn’t have made a better decision. My barber was super talented and gave me one of my favorite haircuts possibly ever (even being honest enough to tell me not to go for a specific style, she was 1000% on point). I had not cut my hair for three years and donated it to charity today. Not only was she willing to go above and beyond to help me chop it the right way, she braided it and made it look presentable for shipping to the charity. All in all, some things are worth waiting for, and despite a couple of hurdles I still think the service was well above my expectations. Because of that I will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for being so laid back and forthright when things don’t go the way we all wish. That’s just life and your business rocked anyway. 10/10
