Easy check on, friendly staff, great with kids, took directions and notes well, great cut
I like the online booking system. I arrived a few minutes early for my haircut appointment. But the barber was still working with another customer. I had to wait several minutes after my appointment time. It is disappointing when you have an appointment and you have to wait. Maybe the previous customer arrived late. It was nice of the barber to acknowledge me after finishing with the previous customer. The barber gave me a heads up that she would be with me after she cleaned up. And when she walked me to the chair, she did acknowledge the delay and indicated that the store had been busy.
