When you call someone actually answers the phone. The app is somewhat easy to use, but I had to call to confirm because I didn’t receive any notification.
The shop is clean, smells good, and we’ve never waited more than a few minutes for our appointment time
I love the professionalism and kindness of Lauren, she an exceptional hair stylist and always make sure I’m satisfied with my haircut, and makes sure to ask if there is anything else I need, like massage, product or shampoo. Definitely recommend Lauren.
