I haven't been interested in the products but what keeps me coming back to Floyd's (Pasadena) is my hairstylist Irene. She cuts my hair so well and I truly enjoy the person she is. She is both a professional and person of admiring character. My interactions with the other staff have also always been positive!

My son is three years old and it’s really difficult to get his haircut. Especially when he needs a lineup. With Venus, my son feels extremely comfortable. She’s super nice and knows how to communicate well with children which I’m sad to say a lot of barbers don’t know how to do. Highly recommend. Venus is amazing!

Griffin was amazing. My son hates getting his haircut but said he would be happy to have Griffin cut his hair again. He listened, was meticulous & seemed unphased by surly teen boy. We'll be back.
