Rachel (the barber) was hilarious and so easy going. Normally I don’t like to talk to a barber who is cutting my hair simply because I don’t want them to be destructed while they are cutting my hair
I mostly like the people that work there and how well they communicate to the clients. Your products, I don’t really care about, I care about the people that cut my hair. How about you pay them more? They’ll really good people, it’s not your company is on thin margins. You hire great people, pay them more so they can stay.
