People at the Hollywood location are very nice and friendly. When I make an appointment I never get wait more then 5 minutes and when I walk in without one, it's usually about 10 — 15 minute wait at most. Everyone there seems like they enjoy what they are doing. Oh, and I have never had a bad haircut in 5 years of going there. Highly recommended.

I like Charlie R tons I have three services done and he’s always an expert in the services and a nice guy. I wish there were more support staff though, seems like the people there that have the professional experience to do higher level services do a lot of appointment making and clean up and money taking. I’ve never been in a salon like that.
