It was my sons first haircut in at this place.
The girl was about 10 min late. The front desk said “she’ll be here soon.” I think they should had been more attentive towards the customers., “oh I’m sorry she would here soon, thank you for your patience”. He was her first client. No big deal on that. She understood how he wanted his hair done.
At the end he was happy with haircut.
