I like that the stylists listen to me when I tell them what I want the cut to look like, and work to make the finished product look good. I've only had one bad experience with a stylist, and she was fired shortly after I had that experience, which tells me the quality-control is high. When I work with good stylists -- even when the haircut turns out differently than I expected -- it still looks good, because most of the stylists at the Floyd's Hollywood care about doing a good job.
