Not every Floyd’s location executes the same level of service in my opinion, but my experiences with Rachelle and the staff there at the Hollywood location has been outstanding. Clean, organized location. Products are excellent and it is easy to make an appointment. Rachelle is very good at what she does. Thorough, methodically, patient, detailed and skilled. She is easy going, and institutes care and attention in services from beginning to the end. Excellent.

My Barber is Yvette and she is amazing! She always does her best to make my hair look as good as it is possible! Moreover, it is wonderful to spend this time of haircutting with this lady who is always so happy and pleasant!! If I would ever move to another state, I would anyway come back to California just to make a haircut. It is such a luxury chance when you can find a brilliant barber who does your hair perfectly well.
