From my observations during my visit, the individuals who work at this establishment are excellent at what they do and they care.
My experience booking my appointment on the website was not pleasant. Two factor authentication for a haircut appointment ?! The website is a little wonky and not user-friendly, as well as the fact that when you book a time- that does necessarily coincide with what is happening at that branch. For example, when I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment time, a client had just been seated by the person I had booked.
