The barbers and hair stylists are very pleasant and talented. I also really like that I can walk in or make an appointment on short notice. The receptionists are great too.
Everyone is nice - had to push appt later due to sons soccer game - they accommodated no problem. My only issue is that often the people you like don't stay put there very long.
