My stylist Dava is nothing short of incredible. She is the absolute best and I always look forward to an appointment with her. Somehow, she is able to provide a fantastic haircut while being a wonderful conversationalist and I don't think I've ever had a stylist before where my wife consistently comments afterward "Your hair looks great. She did such a great job". She consistently offers all the services and products available. She's been so amazingly sweet and accommodating when I've brought my kids in with me (which is never an ideal situation) and everyone leaves with a smile on their face. If the survey was about Dava specifically, it would be 11 out of 10.
