I loved how Dava actually tried to understand the hair cut I wanted to achieve. And she was honest about not wanting to rush my hair (I went from shoulder length to ear length) and was taking her time and kept making sure I was happy with my results. And the staff is so welcoming and nice it was a great first experience.
