Everyone is friendly. When I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and sometimes my name. The girl who cuts my hair, Tina, is awesome. She's always positive when I come in and we have wonderful conversations. Makes the whole experience worthwhile even though you just raised your prices.
Professional service every time.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and Tina was amazing. I brought my 4-year old in a month or two after a terrible last cut elsewhere and Tina really took her time to explain her thoughts (with photo examples) on how to best fix it. She then gave him his best haircut yet, without it feeling rushed. She also took her time with my cut to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job. I’m very thankful met Tina, she definitely has 2 new regular customers.

Staff are always attentive and friendly. The products they offer are top notch, especially when there’s a sale!! I’m always trying new stuff there. As for the services… I’ve never had a bad service there and I’ve been going there for over 12 years.
