Good pricing, great ability schedule appointments with ability to reschedule late if things change, and helpful welcoming staff. Cuts are always solid, but can take awhile to find the right barber with does it right every time and the right personality. Some are quiet and awkward. But they have someone probably for everyone.
Dava is always so awesome to work with. I don’t have a lot to worry about hair wise, but she is great.

It is effortless to schedule a haircut. I’ve had mostly great experiences with one not so positive but the manager attended to my concern. I would like to know of any discounts on products and I would also purchase.

The people are super friendly. The receptionist (sorry, don't know her name) always greets me by name and is smiling. Tina, the stylist who cuts my hair is awesome. Not only do I get a great cut, but we have wonderful conversations about pretty much anything. It all makes me look forward to going to Floyd's.
Both the barber and stylist who served my 3 children did so with explaining the process and health of my daughters hair. My daughter hardly feels comfortable with any one but Susie cutting her hair. My two boys appreciate their cuts with Vanessa. Her skill with dealing with a toddler are top tier. I am happy to have my whole family serviced at Floyd's
