Everything was fine except I don’t like the new corporate agenda of a 20 min haircuts and making my barber who I appreciate a lot have to rush. Reality is the quality of service to do things aren’t the same because of these new initiative and not getting my dollars worth based on service promises.

I’ve been coming here twice a month since we moved to Cali in 2018. Attention to detail like no other. Lose her and lose a lot of clients.
