Megan did an amazing job taking the time to listen to what I wanted while making suggestions on what she thinks I might want to add to my hair in the sense of styling
I'm disappointed to have appointments be only 20 minutes (actually 19 in the appointment) where they used to be 30 minutes. This is a change that I believe you should reverse. It puts too much stress on the stylist and leaves the client stressed as the client feels it's necessary to not suggest slight changes to the cut. Clients come in for excellent service and relax and talk with their stylist but the rush does not allow for excellent service nor a feeling of relaxation. Please consider reversing the appointment duration from the current 20 minutes to the prior 30 minutes. Thank you.
P.S. While my rating was a "9", this is due to the stylist and proximity of the location to where I work.
