You guys are always kind with me, and never over-charge. Alma (at the Venice Beach, CA. location) always thinks of me, and makes sure I'm satisfied with my cuts EVERY time. She's thoughtful, smart, and makes sure that I understand what's going on when it comes time to cut. Her thoroughness and kindness always assure me that my trips to you guys are worth it. I love to support your business because your employees make your business strong (not to tell you how to run your business my bad sorry). Keep it up with great hires - there are always great stylists but rarely do you find great stylists with a spirit, or character.
