Finally, I am very concerned/disappointed at your new scheduling policy of 3 cuts an hour. Stylists are not automatons and deserve time to provide a great hairstyle. Stylists and customers both feel rushed and unhappy. I hate when companies that have “culture” lose sight of their most important asset. PEOPLE
