I’ve been going to this particular Floyds for 12 or 15 years now. Gone through many stylists and always seem to be coming back just due to convenience and good service. However, yesterday I returned for the second time to the same stylist because she was just great. She was really knowledgeable and was able to do exactly what I wanted with my hair. I’m even no longer living in the area close to the Santa Monica store, but still drive there out of habit. I am a truly satisfied customer.
