So listen… I left a pretty crude review on my last experience a couple weeks ago. Said I would never go back, the girl just cut my hair because she had to. Disinterested. Zero care for her craft and I swore I would never go back.
I always loved the Wicker Park, Chicago, IL location when I lived there a couple of years ago so I was like, no way everyone at the Sawtelle location can be like that… so I gave it another chance.
I made sure to book with the “Superstar” or whatever the lead barbers title is and man…
Sha did not disappoint. Just when I thought you couldn’t get any [worse] you go and do something like this….. AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!!!
Sha was an assassin with the clippers. Smooth. Swift. Detail-oriented. Asked questions, cared about how I looked and more importantly about how I felt about how I looked. Killed it. Could not have had a better experience and will 100% be back every couple weeks.
