I like my stylist. I don’t like Floyds raising prices and cutting our haircut time by one third! Stylist do not see a $.01 but you take the $$$ and tell stylist to cut faster. You do not care about your employees …. Very sad. I doubt that they care much for working for a company who just is interested in $$$.It’s been proven… employers who treat their people with respect and consideration are happier employees who work harder cuz they really like their job…. We already know they like cutting or would have quit the business by now. Please be more considerate for anyone who works or helps you. It definitely is a win win for everyone!
