Very friendly and professional service! I like how the stylist pamper you. It’s the little things they do that make me come back, like trimming my brows, massaging my neck and shoulders. You don’t get these extra amities at other shops.

I truly appreciated Melinda's professionalism and expertise in providing me with a great experience and a great haircut.

I have only had one negative experience with a barber/hairstylist who provided a lesser quality haircut than what I had paid for. In general, I have had 4 or 5 different barbers/hairstylists that were able to meet my expectations.

I am not very good at remembering names and that is why I wish there was a different way to identify the barbers/hairstylists that stand out in order to request them and not take a gamble when selecting a name. Perhaps a star rating system like in the healthcare system or a net promotor score.

I also like the product "Lay Rite". I did not see this available at my last visit, if Floyd's does not provide it, I may have to look for it elsewhere.

Staff is always friendly. Plus, I’ve been getting my haircut from April for awhile. I make the drive out specifically to the Hermosa location even though there are closer locations to me because she always does a great job.
