The haircut is really great
I felt skipped when I came in for my appointment as I saw other people walk in after me and get seated immediately. I waited for about 15 min after the appointment time to be seated and was a bit frustrated. I’m not great at hiding my emotions so the hair dresser asked if everything was ok. I told about how I felt and my perception on how the situation looked and she addressed it and apologized. They gave me a discount too which was really nice but just addressing the frustration in a polite manner and just being empathetic will keep me coming back.
Nothing specific, my grandson just likes this particular stylist.

I thought I chose Kendra like I usually do, but she was not on shift when I arrived so I was with Kenzie and got the same excellent. friendly service that I was used to. I will schedule with either on my future visits.
