Why did the receptionist charge me $43.00 as apposed to the $33.00 cost for a Floyd’s cut posted on line. You don’t even show a $43.00 haircut.

Alex was great. He actually listened to the cut I wanted. Most of the time barbers just do what they think I want, often cutting my top too low (which I’m growing out). It’s frustrating. But not Alex. He’s awesome.
