I almost refused to come back when Carly the manager or assistant manager dyed my hair leaving me look like I was wearing a brown helmet! Absolutely awful...but I decided to give the shop another shot...absolutely love Won...so much so that my husband, son and daughter all now get our hair cut with her. She and she alone keeps us coming back.

Also, when I went in this Thursday, the receptionist saw me approaching the front door using a cane and came to the door to hold it open for me. She also left her station to hold it when I left. That kind of courtesy is really outstanding and I appreciated it so much
