I really like my stylist, Jai. Jai is personable and does a great job with my hair. Jai listens to what I want and delivers that haircut. Not all stylists have the knack for listening and giving the cut asked for.
I hope she stays - my other stylists at Floyd’s have been moved to other locations or left altogether. I hope Floyd’s management is working on worker retention.
