Overall it is a great place to Go. The negative is reducing hair t time from 30 to 19 minutes. It should be relaxing, not rushed. Raised prices reduced time.

The front desk person was so great, when she saw my sons hair (curly) she switched the stylist to someone with experience working with curly hair. That level of attention is fantastic.
