Very thankful for the stylist who fixed our daughters haircut.
However, the receptionist wasn't friendly. I called and told her we needed to do a redo for my daughter's hair as another Floyd's location botched her haircut and couldn't get us in to fix it before school. The receptionist scheduled the appointment but when my wife and daughter came in she said the appointment was for a man, not a girl and they didn't have anyone that could do a girls cut and they wouldn't be able to do it. My wife and daughter were in the car for 40 minutes to come to that location after being told they would be able to get her in. My wife told the receptionist that wasn't going to work and it wasn't right. The receptionist said there wasn't anything she could do. My wife asked to speak to someone else and they were able to take care of fixing my daughters hair. That location may want a new receptionist as she had a lot of attitude directed at my wife even though she was the one who made the mistake in the booking. There was no ownership of the mistake.
