Amy B always cuts my hair and has for over four years. Consistently does an outstanding job. My wife is her biggest critic and she always says Amy does a superb job! The Floyd’s in highlands Ranch Town Center is close by and this is my go to place. So glad to have found it when we moved to Highlands Ranch :)

Coming here has always been at the top of my list because I know I’ll get amazing customer service with no errors in my haircut style which is always a plus. I will continue to come here if not to this location maybe another. I do have to say that this first time at this highlands ranch location choosing the stylist based on online bio was the perfect fit and knew this person would know men’s skin fade without any issues. As I was talking with Sierra H telling her that my one goal at a location is to stick with one and one only I can continuously go to for future appointments because I build a customer base with that person and knows how my hair style is. She kept over and over suggesting that quote “you have many other stylists to choose from and we are always open” and continued to also say well other people here are fantastic at what they do. She kept pushing me away to others and would not want to keep clients that are loyal to her. I don’t understand it and why she was persistent for me to go try another person when that’s not what I want. My thing is if I find a good stylist I want to keep that person because I have had no luck finding someone at Floyd’s who chooses to stay and it’s rather annoying and I want to keep going but it made it hard for me to give my business and money. Other than that I love it here. Thanks and have a great day
