Scheduling my cut online was easy, and I really appreciated knowing the price ahead of time. It also allowed me to think about the tip I would leave ahead of time. At other salons, particularly if I've felt shell shocked by the cost, I've left with a bad taste in my mouth, especially tipping well on a cut that really missed the mark.

Personally, I hate small talk during a haircut. The volume of the music made it more comfortable with less silence to needlessly fill. Much appreciated as an introvert.

Most importantly, my stylist listened to what I had in mind and did a phenomenal job on my hair! I've finally found my go-to place for the whole family.
