Good hair cut, friendly staff
Karina took her time in cutting my son's hair. He has very straight, thick hair, and it's easy to give him a nasty cut that looks very nerdy. Karina was awesome. She textured it just right. She kept at it until she believed it was acceptable to her standards, which are high, obviously (given her attention to detail). She was a perfectionist and my son and I both loved her cut. It spikes up easily which previous haircuts were not able to do. Karina is great.

Quick, efficient, friendly and talented staff. One suggestion is give the stylists tools to track services. It is frustrating to restate our specific needs/styles each visit. They should be able to track what we did last visit. That is one of the benefits of our loyalty we should expect.

Aside from receiving fantastic grooming services, the atmosphere and sense of being valued as a customer is incredible. I live pretty remotely but still venture 30 minutes to see my barber who I’ve formed a great bond with for nearly 7 years. I couldn’t recommend Floyd’s more, there’s nothing they can’t do and you’ll always feel welcomed and prioritized.
