Shoulder massage is what my son loves but it’s so inconsistent. We see various stylists and massages are offered half the time maybe. Get this back into the regular customer experience.

Tracy Current has been cutting my hair for over 20 years- she is the best !She is always pleasant and professional- does a great job!!! Two things that could use improvement--the music is WAY too load in the Highlands ranch store- please turn it down ! Also, the receptionist had a t-shirt on with a Ouji-board emblazoned on it. This is really inappropriate attire- and could be outright offensive to some. Many of the other hair-cutters do not dress professionally and I think this should be looked at. Thanks !
