I like the atmosphere, and the music. I have been coming to Floyd's since 2016 in the Tech Center, Quebec and Castle Rock locations. Generally I find a barber/stylist I like and stick with them but it seems that retention of good people is tough. I have had to spend time "in between" finding someone else I like and that has good skills. I'm guessing the "Headliner" program was formulated for that reason.
Regardless, I do like the Floyd's brand, vibe and will continue to patronize the business.
