The stylist who cut my hair was Jorge S and it was probably the best haircut of my life..He took his time and was extremely pleasant and professional. Will definitely be going back to him for my next haircut.

I also got a bottle of the tree tea oil shampoo and just wished they made it in gallon jugs..it leaves your hair tingling and made the whole apartment smell like a spa.

I have a first name that is difficult to pronounce correctly (it is French). The store manager took the time to learn it and remembers it each time I come in. The stylist that I return to every time knows me and my hair and has a great positive energy.

While I have been coming to Floyd's for ten plus years, Kasey C at the Highlands Ranch - Quebec location is your greatest asset. I had used the same stylist for several years prior to Covid. It took me two years after Covid to find Kasey. I did not repeat an appointment with any stylist during this two year period. Hopefully I never have to fins a new stylist again. P.S. I also like the environment you have created at your stores.
