I've been a client of the DTC location since moving into the area in 2016 and have had consistently excellent service. Through staff changes and such I've probably worked with 6 stylists or so and they do great work. Heather is my current stylist and she's terrific.
Great experience with the products too and the other staff members, i.e. front desk, etc.
Oh, and I was impressed that during the COVID shutdown your CTO (I think?) made a video of how to cut men's hair. My wife watched it and cut my hair 2x during that time and did a good job - so that was helpful.
The refresh hair product keeps my hair in nice, without heavy materials.
