Floyd’s is actually kinda mid. But Lyndsy (don’t know how to spell) was amazeing and I 100% will go back to her. Quick cut, super good job, super friendly. Also y’all should get your stylist actual cards, not a demo card with a sticker on it. Like come on, a box of business cards is like $10.

Quality haircut. Friendly environment

The normal stylist I see wasn’t available. The app was not working. I tried to call my normal shop and I couldn’t get a hold of my normal shop because the call continued to drop as soon as I dialed. We tried in land lines and cell phones. I decided to call another store to see if I could get through. I did. I decided to go to the DTC shop. Tara (spelling?/ sorry)
Was suggested by the gentleman I spoke with. She was so great! She got down to business and did a great job with my hair and my son’s hair. We are very happy with our haircuts! Thank you, Tara♥️

My family and I have been going through a water damage insurance claim at our house for the past year and she always remembers to ask me about it. That’s the same for anything else i have going on in my life. She’s always waiting to greet me when it’s my turn for the chair and i know I’ll get the cut I like every time.

"Friendliness" is a good thing in business. There is a confidence that what is offered has value and the "satisfied customer" is the final product maybe like a shiny car coming off the assembly line. Floyds in general makes a strong effort to present itself as the friendly safe haven for the busy and distracted customers with their complicated lives; they come in for a cut but in addition get ten minutes of peace and quiet, a bit of irrelevant pitter patter with the server accompanied by the soothing hum of the clippers. They leave shiny and bright like a penny and look forward to their daily chores with some extra energy. What could go wrong?

Carly does a great job and is always positive when I come in for my haircut.

The staff was very helpful! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the person running the front and assisted with checking in. I was offered water while I waited which was quite nice! They promptly seated me for my appointment on time. The barber (Helen) did a great job on my hair! She listened well to what I was looking for and faded me up great! I will definitely be back for my next haircut. Thank you!
