I appreciate the ability to schedule a service within the same week. I also like that I can see the same stylist each time.
I am concerned that appointments are only 20 minute increments now. I do not feel like that is enough time for a consultation and cut, let alone a wash.
It used to feel like you got a lot more bang doe your buck at Floyd’s. If I wanted a quick service cut, I’d go to Great Clips. Don’t cut corners as you grow the business.

Wow-Courtnee is really talented! She was quick, friendly, and did such a good job with my son’s hair. He has a lot of cowlicks so it can be difficult to cut. We love our neighborhood Floyd’s, great customer service and fun environment.

I've been getting my hair cut there for years, and I rarely get a cut that's less than great. Even though I've had to change stylists several times due to their leaving, I've not been disappointed while looking for new stylists to have as a regular. Plus, the front desk folks are normally pretty nice also.
The stylist listened to my request and I’m very happy with my haircut. I also liked that there was no conversation since I like to get my haircut in peace without nosy questions. I also washed my hair right before the appointment and the stylist did not push me to get my hair washed again. I will come back for sure.
