This was my second visit to a Floyd’s. My first visit was a while ago and I had not returned because the stylist did such a poor job that I had to have it fixed by the stylist who I had originally scheduled with. I was asked if I would be willing to go with a different person because my scheduled person was running behind.
For this visit there was apparently some issue with my reservation and once again was going to be assigned to a different stylist. This time I declined and fortunately the person working the front desk was able to work me into to my scheduled person. The haircut was great! I will be returning here from now on. My only complaint would be that the music playing was too loud. I also didn’t realize a shampoo and hot towel was not included in the price. My previous barber included those features.

Friendly, professional

In making my reservation and in greeting me at your door, your front desk staff was great. I’m a senior and probably not a movie star but your staff at the desk and everyone else in the place made me feel like one. It was Kendra though, who wins the prize. So much personality there. Bright, witty, professional in every detail AND highly skilled with her scissors. She immediately gained my trust, enough so that I took her suggestion to switch it up a bit for my haircut - and I’m really glad I did. She is the best of all the cutters I’ve been to a Floyd’s over the years. I view her as having limitless potential in hair design. Nobody makes me look and feel good the way she does. PS you can share this and my first name, but NOT my last name or my girlfriend will clobber me.

Summer is just great! Does an amazing job every time I come in. Takes her time and gives me a really great cut. I’m also not one for talking much, and she gets that. Never bothers me with small chit chat, just gives me a great cut! Don’t really know her but got love for her. Lol

I believe it was Estella who cut mine and my sister’s hair and she was really nice! I liked that she gave suggestions of things that might help and they are working well! She was really funny too :)

Considerate of my time. Prior appointment ran late and I was compensated with a gift card for next visit. Stylist listened to what I wanted ( a brand new style, I hadn’t changed it in many years). Very happy with the results!

Sommer H. gives fabulous haircut. Staff is great. Shop was clean.

Dominique did our hair and was amazing. She was able to do my sons hair quickly and easily even though he struggles with sensory issues. She fit me in right after my kid after my wife accidentally cancelled the wrong appointment. She never made us feel rushed, and we both enjoyed our cuts. Service like hers is what keeps us coming back. We will go out of our way to come to cornerstone.

Good service. The music is a bit loud but I find it hard to find someone that gives me a good cut and doesn't talk my ear off. I may have found my stylist!!!
