Heather always gives me a great cut. She always asks before she starts what my current needs are. She is so talented she's able to give me the cut I need for the season and have always been extremely satisfied with her work. She also has done eyebrow wax and done a great job shaping and cleaning them up. Super happy with Heather.

Making an appointment online was easy, I showed them a reference and they understood exactly what I wanted. The staff were really friendly and I was in and out in a snap.

The person working the front desk is always super nice and helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and they are super welcoming. I try and schedule with Lisa because she’s awesome and does such a great job.

It’s was good service

My barber was fast smooth did exactly what I wanted and even was honest about straight razor shaving the throat scaring him and I told him it was fine to just use the electric shaver. Great service great employees.

Generally good service, affordable cost, appreciate walk in availability, and convenient locations.

I went to Floyds to get my hair cut. Amie Graham was awesome, and she did a great job.

There’s nothing I like about Floyd’s. I love the atmosphere, I love that locations are managed similarly to one another, and I love that I can book my appointments online (and from the mobile app). But most of all, I love the staff I encounter there. There’s no way Floyd’s is able to avoid the occasional jerk or lazy stylist, but you’d never know it by visiting one of the locations. Everyone I encounter there is pleasant, cordial and easy to talk to. I’ve been going to Courtnee for a few years now, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So, there’s really nothing I just like about Floyd’s. Keep up the fantastic work, and don’t ever change!
