I like the service I received from Heather. She's courteous, quick, and professional.
It’s definitely depends on whichever store you go to. But at this one, I like the communication and have been able to find someone who can do a good job on my hair. Then they might leave and move on, but I’ve been able to always find someone else who can do a good job. I’ve had a few times when the person I reserved a haircut with was going long working on someone else, and they’ve given me discounts, apologized, and been so kind and quick to take care of me.
