1. Lauren is my stylist. She ALWAYS greets me with an energetic smile. She is a very positive person, and she comes across as always wanting to make sure I am pleased with my cut. She is a great representation of your company.
2. I really enjoy the neck shave.
3. The shoulder massage is outstanding. For all of the above reasons, the cost of a cut is worth it.
I do think some of your add ons are too expensive. I am retired, living on Social Security. I would enjoy taking advantage of some of the add ons, but just can’t afford it. So I choose not to use them.
