I have not had a haircut in 13 years. Grew my hair out to support a family member and due to some bald spots I have been shaving my hair skin tight. William was extremely helpful and I appreciate his expertise. If I end up needing more hair cuts, I intend fully to try and get his help again.

Kai was extremely professional and her team was able to adjust on the spot for a scheduling mishap. I would actually recommend she be promoted to manager or moved upwards in some capacity to leverage her talent.
