I liked the ease with which I could make appointments online, and more so that they were actual appointments when we arrived (versus an appointment to hold your spot on the wait list when you arrive, where you inevitably wait 30 - 45 minutes following arrival at most other salons).
I brought in two boys, 8 and 10, and both stylists were great with them (patient! Haha)
And how you can not love the rock theme - so fun with all of the walks down memory lane.
