Romeo did a great job connecting with my 12 year old son who was a little apprehensive about going to a barber since he has only gotten his hair cut by someone other than me once before. Romeo listened to my son's ideas and made recommendations that aligned. My son is looking forward to his next appointment, oh, and the shampoo smells good too. :)
