I wanted to try something new. It was the first time I’ve ever had a fade. Briana cut my hair and I am very satisfied and happy with how it turned out. She also recommended a shampoo for me to try out to keep my scalp from getting too dry. Thanks very much Briana

They listen. The atmosphere is always upbeat. It’s clean, efficient, but you don’t feel rushed and that they are they for you. I always recommend Floyd’s to anyone I come across when it comes to hair.

The on-line scheduling works well and appointments made are kept on schedule with competent and courteous staff members. Whenever I have been in shop, it appears that everyone is doing what needs to be done to keep things running smoothly.
Having said that, the website should be re-tooled to make it more intuitive and easier to read. It is not bad, but it could be better considering other sites out there. Each shop needs to keep updating there rosters with accurate and important staff descriptions/schedules to continue to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

Online booking and being able to choose my stylist is huge for me. I also like and appreciate the flexibility of being able to add services in the moment (shampoo and rinse, etc).

I always like my cuts from floyds and they're affordable. The westminster shop had a same day appointment available when my usual shop cancelled my appointment day of. My stylist was funny and we had a good time.

Everyone is nice there, the last time I was there, Marshall did a great job on my hair
